O \u00daltimo Momento es una compa\u00f1\u00eda de circo franco-portuguesa, creada en 2004 por Jo\u00e3o Paulo Santos, artista circense portugu\u00e9s, y Guillaume Dutrieux, m\u00fasico franc\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ambos se conocieron en el Cheptel Ale\u00efkoum, un colectivo art\u00edstico surgido de la decimoquinta promoci\u00f3n del Centro Nacional de Artes del Circo. Con sede en Francia, la compa\u00f1\u00eda viaja por toda Europa, pero ampl\u00eda sus fronteras al resto del mundo, desde Asia hasta Am\u00e9rica del Norte y del Sur, pasando por \u00c1frica. O \u00daltimo Momento presenta espect\u00e1culos principalmente centrados en la disciplina del m\u00e1stil chino, especialidad de Jo\u00e3o Paulo Santos, pero tambi\u00e9n se abre a otros campos art\u00edsticos, como la danza y el v\u00eddeo.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cUne partie de soi\u201d es un viaje vertical que relata el recorrido de una vida, y muestra al individuo m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del acr\u00f3bata. En un espacio circular y cercano, reducido a lo esencial, el m\u00e1stil y el c\u00edrculo, Jo\u00e3o Paulo Santos despliega una coreograf\u00eda densa y poderosa, llena de ritornelos y de tiempos alargados. Como en una cinta transportadora, sin tocar nunca el suelo, muestra un trabajo poco com\u00fan con el m\u00e1stil chino. Si\u00e9ntense, d\u00e9jense llevar, el cuerpo les cuenta la historia del alma.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

“PA(i)YSAGE(n)S” es una variaci\u00f3n del m\u00e1stil chino.<\/span>
En tres cuadros, Jo\u00e3o Paulo Santos navega y explora el m\u00e1stil chino, el m\u00e1stil giratorio y el peque\u00f1o m\u00e1stil, as\u00ed como los elementos esc\u00e9nicos para contar la historia del paso del tiempo, a trav\u00e9s de paisajes.<\/span>
Joao utiliza el m\u00e1stil chino tal como lo conocemos. Con el peque\u00f1o m\u00e1stil, fragmento libre y m\u00f3vil, invierte la relaci\u00f3n entre cuerpo y objeto. El m\u00e1stil rotativo crea un movimiento horizontal perpetuo, explorando otra forma de “ligereza”.<\/span>
En un escenario que recrea un paisaje natural, Jo\u00e3o, a semejanza de un peregrino, se embarca en un viaje sensorial y visual.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n
